In ther one you have recon withc if you hit and enemy wiht an explosive it shows the direction they are facing on the minimap for all you team to see

Blind eye- Makes you invisible to enemy airsupport
Extreme conditioning- lets you run faster longer
Scavanger -let you get more ammo form fallen enemyes
Tier 2
Blast shield- increases your explosive resistance
Assassin- makes you invisible to enemy radar
Hardline-kill streaks require 1 less kill
Overkill-lets you carry more than one primary weapon
Tier 3
Sitrep- show locations of enemy equipment such as claymores
Stalker-lets you delay the explosion of an exposive
Steady aim- makes you crosshairs smaller for increased hipfire accuracy
Marksman-alow you to see names of enemy at farther distance
